The emotions of one evening helped me with the idea for this painting. According to the Cambridge dictionary, emotion is a strong feeling such as love or anger, or strong feelings in general. Each of us has experienced such emotional states. When we are unsupported, resentful, or fearful, we begin to involuntarily suppress our emotions. Then we feel them more and more often and it affects our physical health. Over time, we become nervous and become a time bomb, all because we don't accept our emotions, and therefore we don't accept ourselves.
But, everyone can try to accept themselves and realize that any emotion is normal. After all, everyone has the right to be themselves and to express their true emotions, then we begin to be in tune with ourselves and allow ourselves to be ourselves. Isn't that the power of vulnerability?
In fact, our emotions are such a powerful thing that, positive emotions have an analgesic effect. And vice versa: if the mood is bad, the pain feels even worse.
The picture is painted mostly in dark shades, because negative emotions have a great influence on us, they encourage us to focus primarily on ourselves and on our own problems.
What I want you to do is to face your fear, to remember the events that you are always trying to forget and the situations in your life that produced the negative emotions, and now you must find the positive aspects that emerge from all the situations. These are symbolized by the lighter colors on the canvas. If you look closely, there is much more than meets the eye, and it's not just the colors.
